To the strains of "Morning Mood" from Grieg's Peer Gynt Suite No. 1, Op. 46 — arranged for wind quintet by Joachim Linckelmann, as performed by the Principal Woodwind Quintet of the New York Philharmonic — U.S. Ambassador to Japan Caroline Kennedy welcomes Music Director Alan Gilbert and others to her official residence in Tokyo for the ensemble's command performance for dignitaries during the Orchestra's ASIA / WINTER 2014 tour.
